What is an AD code
AD Code full form is Authorized Dealer Code. Generally, the Exporter’s banker issues this code. In other words, you need to visit your bank to apply for an AD code. The AD Code is a 14-digit numerical code. The bank will issue this on letterhead after verifying the Import Export Code of the exporter.

- Bank certificate with the AD code
- Copy of IEC (Import Export Code) Certificate
- Copy of GST registration certificate
- Copy of Organisation’s PAN card
- Copy of Authorized signatory PAN card
- Organization’s cancelled cheque
- Board resolution in case of company
- Director or partner or proprietor basic info
- Application form
- Class 3 Digital signature (sign with encrypt) in the name of organisation
