Renewal of Digital Signatures is necessary to extend their validity. Generally, DSC are issued with a validity of up to 3 years. So once they expire, renewal is required. One can renew both Individual and organisational DSC on our website. The renewal of DSC is a fully digital and online process. So you can easily renew DSC in paperless mode by following 2 steps.

Digital Signature Renewal Process

Follow the steps given below to renew your digital signature

Step 1: Place an order for Digital Signature Renewal. Select DSC Type & Validity from the dropdown. Then mention the applicant’s details and make payment for renewal.

Step 2: After placing an order, you will receive an email to start verification. Sometimes we need a soft copy of some documents to process verification.  Do share the same as per the applicant type. Then, complete mobile and video verification. The DSC renewal will be successful after all verifications.

Digital Signature Renewal Price

The cost of digital signature renewal starts from 795 and increases with higher validity. Refer to the list below for tentative renewal prices of different DSC types:

• Class 3 Sign Only DSC Renewal Price: Rs. 825/-
• Class 3 Sign with Encryption DSC Renewal Price: Rs. 1652/-
• DGFT Digital Signature Renewal Price: Rs. 1699/-

Old Token DSC Renewal

Old token DSC are renewable with some conditions. Recently, the government of India introduced the CSP 3.0 token guideline. There have been a few changes in the token hardware and software configuration. Therefore, some tokens require an update or a new purchase during renewal.

• Proxkey Watchdata Token: WD series tokens are renewable or reusable.
• ePass2003 Token: HS series tokens are renewable or reusable.
• HYP2003 Token: HS series tokens are renewable or reusable.
